At Cyclone Fanatic Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the original packing slip is included inside the box.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
